You don’t need a referral to get started. But, if you do have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP, you could be eligible for Medicare rebates. We’re happy to explain what that means and how it works, including any out-of-pocket costs.

We also support clients with the NDIS, TAC, WorkCover and private health funds. Some private health funds may offer rebates depending on your level of cover. Couples therapy is privately billed and not covered by Medicare – we’ll chat with you upfront so there are no surprises.

Not sure who to book with? Just reach out and we’ll help match you with one of our psychologists based on your needs, preferences, and availability.
